1, Controllers are provided by the Organizer and players can not bring their own equipment(for now).

2, Tournament players need to be present in the venue at all times. Players will be DISQUALIFIED if they do not show up after their names have been announced for a maximum of 3 times.

3, We reserve the right to remove or request the removal of anyone inside the premises if we judge their behaviour as aggressive, bullying, dangerous or hostile towards our equipment, property, other gamers, attendees or staff.

4, Custom packages may not be used, nor anything else that is not available in the in-game pause menu section.
Once the game has started, players can NOT intentionally pause the game to disrupt or restart and will lead to being REMOVED.

5, If a players controller is defective, the player can pause the game and notify the gaming referee. Once the player agrees that the problem has been rectified, they are NOT allowed to pause the game for a second time.
Gaming referees will be on site to monitor all game play. They will signal players to begin play for tournaments, and will record scores for each game. They can be identified by our Gamevikon t-shirt branding & ID tags.

6, Tournament players shall be responsible for keeping track of their respective gaming situation, so that in the event that a game is interrupted, the situation can be restored. Gaming referees will also be monitoring the championship gameplay situation as closely as possible.

7, No replays or game interruptions, except for designated pauses to report scores(if any), will be allowed.

8, No coaching allowed during championship contests(for example, people in the audience may not advise a player while playing).

9, In the case of any kind of unforeseen circumstances like disconnections, disc error or electricity failure; the score results will remain the same from the point of disconnection during a championship game, and players may resume gameplay for the remaining part of the game once rectified. The final decision will be the referees.

10, Any player/team who deliberately attempts to sabotage or damage the equipment to restart matches will be BANNED from the event, effective immediately.

11, Any player/team who attempts to disrupt gameplay with verbal or physical abuse to the gaming referee/admin, opponent or venue staff will be DISQUALIFIED from the game and may be removed from the building.

12, Any player/team’s refusal to play a match or presenting any disruptive behaviour with intent to delay the schedule will result in forfeit of the match, regardless of their order standings.

13, All attendees must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanour to fellow attendees, gaming officials and to other players. Players will refrain from using any vulgar or offensive language.

14, Abuse to game stations, controllers or any tournament equipment is PROHIBITED.

15, Any action that interferes with play of a game, including but not limited to purposeful destruction of game station, interfering with power sources, and abuse of in-game pausing, is prohibited.

16, Gambling, including betting on the outcome of games, is prohibited.

17, The gaming rules are subject to change upon short notice.

18, By participating, attendees/players/teams are agreeing to the rules of the gaming event.

19, In case of any dispute, the gaming referee/organizer’s decision is final. No further disputes will be entertained.
The event organizer will not be responsible for any damages, loss or injury caused from participation in this gaming event.

20, Smoking & vaping on site is strictly prohibited. 

21, Drinks and food are not allow near any gaming equipment area or while game playing.

22, By attending our event you're agreeing that the organisers have the right to remove any individuals with tickets fully refunded based on reasonable grounds.

23, Abusive behaviour, including harassment and threats, physical abuse, fighting or any threatening action or threatening language; directed at any attendee, staff or any other person is prohibited. "ITS ONLY A GAME".
